Is it possible for FTA to get pay per view channels?

There are ku band receivers that take cards for various pay services that may or may not include PPV. If you mean can a FTA receiver pick up Dish and DirecTV PPV programming the answer is no, that would be hacking and we are not about that here.

international channels....yes. Some take a card and a subscription

Dish & Bell PPV....no. Unless you hack the receiver and we do not condone that here.
