quick HR-20 question

One little feature I liked about the TIVO based DVR, was if there was a game or other program, currently recording, I could hit the TIVO button before I turned on my TV, and therefore I would not see any spoilers. My question is, Is there any way to do this with the HR-20? I tried hitting "LIST" before I turned on my TV, but it still shows in the upper corner.

Nope, it's a feature, and an oft requested one. Some people hit the pause button and mute the sound and just keep their eyes off the top screen in case a score happens to be there before bringing up the list.
