Quick answer please?

Just got my hd tivo hooked up. Does espn hd always have the panels on the grey panels on the side. I was watching the twins game. I tried all the picture sizing adjusments for the tivo and tv . I have a 16x9 tv with hd of course. using 720p and the hdmi output. any ideas???

Any show NOT produced in HD will have the bars.

sports center comes on at 6pm. I think that is always in HD.
