Quick 622 TV2 remote ?

First post lots of useful info, Thanks. Now my question my TV 2 is located 2 rooms away, the remote works but not reliably it will bring up info when trying to go thru the guide and will not always change the channels when using the number buttons. If you go to the door and point it toward the 622 it works great. Can I run coax from the antenna port to the TV 2 room and hook the antenna on the other end . Would this help?

Sounds like something is in original pathway. If you can find a spot for the signal to get through, you solution should work.

you can.

you might play around with it and find a better spot for reception in the room with the 622, and you also can run it through the existing wire to your TV2 using a pair of splitters. There is a topic on this forum just search around.

I was also having the same problem with my 625.

All I did was hook a 6ft. coax cable to the UHF antenna thing on the back of the reciever, then hook the antenna to the other end of the cable. I then set it off to the side of the TV(closer to the room), and it has been working perfectly since.
