Questions About Anik E1

Hey gang, can anyone help me out with Anik e 1? I know it is in an inclined orbit, was wondering if it is worth putting up a stationary second dish to pulll in the sat.? and an inclined orbit does that mean i need to be higher than the normal arc or lower?

If a sat is in an inclined orbit, it moves north and south of the equator all the time. You need to constantly change the elevation of the dish to track it properly.
