I have Dish but don't want to have to subscribe to some expensive international package to get one of the international news channels.

On Galaxy 19 it looks like I could get RT, AL Jazeerah, and MHz Worldview. I already have a 30" Winegard DS2077 (I could use that, correct?)

Could anybody recommend what lnbf and receiver I should get? I don't need anything special, only interested in those channels.

Your dish should work, although bigger - 36"+ - is better.

You could try of of these lnb's -

And the popular receivers are the Fortec Stars, Coolsats, Visionsats, etc.

A coolsat 5000 or 6000 from ebay would do just fine for you, combined with a standard linear lnbf, you should be fine.
