So a cylinder hone would handle that just fine... thx... (just like to be prepared if I ever lay my hands on one!!)

Hmmmm, never thought of trying to use a hone. One for automotive use may be too large, but I think I know someone (that knows someone) that has a hone (and boring bar) for lawnmower engines. :eureka

Thanks for the info Linuxman will be in touch with you over weekend .
Sounds Good!

I never thought about a hone, but that might even be faster than the way I did my last one.

The way to mark it is to put the co-rotor over the hole centered as best as possible, and draw a circle with a sharpie all the way around. Grind out the mark making sure it is the same all the way through. See if you can slide in the co-rotor and keep working until you can.

I even used a dremel and polished up the co-rotor and took the two ridges off on each side so it would fit closer. Nothing like having it snug.

If you keep it nice an snug, a CK-1 or a BSC-621 will fit real nice inside too. :)
