Question re: RCA DTC100 problem

I just picked up a DTC100 from a friend of mine and hooked it up to an elliptical dish with triple LNB. I set the dish type to oval dish, peaked the signal and had DTV change my subscription from my old receiver to my DTC100. The problem I am having is that I get all channels from the 101 sat OK, but I only get HDNET ch79 on the 119 sat. I am subscribing to the movie channels and the HD package, so I am missing ch 73 and up as well as HBOH and ShowtimeH. I do not even get a message at the bottom of the screen to activate. EG. if I go to ch 73, it is just a black channel and says NO INFO at the top, and it does not show up in the guide either. I have had DTV rehit the receiver and I have rebooted it numerous times. HDNET comes in perfectly and shows up on the guide. What do you think is wrong?
