Question Over Billing Dish HD with 1 Premium Package

My current billing after a recent change to Dish DVR Advantage package shows the following.

Addl Receiver Access Fee 7.00
DISH Network DVR Service Fee 11.96
DishDVR Advantage, You Saved $5.98 49.99
Addl Receiver Access Fee 5.00
dishHD with 1 Premium Package 30.00?????????
Total $103.95

I did request to keep the top 250 channel package but do not have any HBO, Showtime etc. Is the 10.00 added to HD package for Top 250 or what?
I understand all other charges.

Yes, the 'premium package' is made up of the $10 Top 250 charge and your $20 DishHD.

Yes, the 'premium package' is made up of the $10 Top 250 charge and your $20 DishHD.

Correct. Dish considers at250 a premium, when you have advantage.

They did that to me too. It confused the hell out of me since I have Cinemax on the one-penny deal. At first I thought they were charging me $10 for bundled Cinemax, til I noticed I was now only being billed for AT200 and my programming list now showed "AT250 Bonus Pack" or something similar.
