I want to put a satellite dish by my shop for football games and etc. I have a Dishnetwork Super Dish with the 110, 119, and 129 degree LNB'S or triple. I would take one receiver from the house. My question is that I have an extra Dish 500 (20") with the double lnb's 110 and 119. Could I put another lnb 129 degree on that size of dish? I want the 129 because that is the one for local programing. Are all the Dishnetwork lnb's the same or they different for the different satellites? The shop is far from the house, maybe 5 to 600 feet. Thanks

The answer is "yes, but..."

The LNBs are the same, however the satellites aren't broadcasting at the same power levels. The Dish 500 would probably not be large enough to get 110/119/129 at the same time.

129° is considerably weaker than the other two locations right now. You really need a dedicated dish for this location or a Dish 1000.2 which is larger.

However you could do 129/119 with a Dish 500 and get most of the channels. ESPN (not ESPNHD) is at 119°.

See ya
