Question: My 622 and second TV

I have not used my second TV for a long time. My 622 and HDTV set are in my bedroom. The second TV is a standard definition that I have not had in double mode use for quite awhile is in my living room. I am having company this weekend and will need the SDTV available for viewing. The box is now set to mode two.

My question is this: The picture on the SDTV does not totally fill out the screen. I have toyed with the menu set up settings and cannot make the picture full screen. I don't remember it being this way in the past. Is this normal or is there something I am not doing?
