Question for the car guys

LOL!! Oh no ...I meant, BUY a used tranny and PAY someone to put it in. When my previous cable/sat/work truck's tranny went ka-put ('81 Chevy), I got a tranny out of Z-28 and paid a mechanic buddy of mine to put it. $200 for the tranny....$150 and (2) 12-packs to have it put in.

I like a warranty plus you never know if the junk yard trans works and with some junk yards having a "as is" policy its not worth the gamble. I almost had a trans recently out of a caravan with only 18k on the odometer but someone else offered more than I did.
