Question for 211/411 owners

Is the alignment on your display off a bit from the HDMI source? Mine is slightly to the left enough that it is frustrating.

I have not found a way on the menus of the 211 to adjust the picture postion like I could in my 921 and my tv does not have a way to move the picture.

I was watching the kings/lakers game on TNTHD last night and I did not notice anything on my 411. I'll pay more attention tonight.

YES.. I have the same problem. I just got my 211 the other day and last night completed the install by rotating one of the two dishes from 148 over to 61.5.

Since it is NOT connected yet to the main HD monitor, I am using a 20 inch portable to conduct all the tests and work out the settings like I want it before it's goes in the Living room to share with the SD PVR/tuner.

I aksed (while talking to tech) about it and they said I shouldn't see that when I move it over to the HD monitor.

Yeah, like maybe an inch or two cut off on left side. Banners, and overlays went about 1/2 way off screen to the left.

Interesting! Let me know if you find a fix......

Ok, mine is only enough to kinda chop a bit off the left side of the guide on the left, leaving a small blue bar on the right side fo the guide. It is not half off the screen.

Unless you meant to say 1/2 inch, then that is the same as mine.

I emailed tech support on the issue also, see if I get any response.
