Question about Plus HD pack..

A local sales rep told me that with the Plus HD pack..instead of getting an HD DVR, I can get a DVR, HD rec., and a standard rec. without having to pay any leasing fees. Can this actually happen? Or was he just trying to get a sale?

No matter what you always pay a $4.99 mirror fee for every receiver after your first one.

If it's leased it's called a "lease fee", if it's owned it's called an "additional receiver fee".

The Plus HD includes the DVR and HD fees are part of the package however. But mirror fees are always there no matter what package you have.

I think he was confused. He was probably trying to say that you would not have separate DVR service and HD access fees. They are included (at a slight discount) in the Plus HD base package.

You save less than $5 per mo. with the package but it is a savings.
