I bought a 54 remote 6 months ago and after fooling with it for a month gave up and bought a Harmony 650 and never looked back. No voice control, but the 54 did not work right from the beginning. I agree it is a piece of sh**.
I also got an Alexa and all it is good for is playing music. Does not control my HWS worth a darn. It will not turn it on or of, go to DVR and play a recording. All I could get it to do is change channels and I do not watch live tv.
