Question about Geosat Pro 1000ci Receiver

Hello, just a quick question about the Geosat Pro DVR1000ci receiver. Is it possible to do on air downloads with this receiver? I see it in the menu but have been told this receiver doesn't support it. Can someone confirm if that is true? If it is possible, then what are the settings to enter for the on air download? Freq, PID, etc?

Sorry, but the OEM manufacturer never released the correct firmware, so the feature was not implemented. The DVR1100ci can only be manually programmed.
