Question about External HD when upgrading to Hopper

Hi all,
I am planning on upgrading my 2 722s. I do not presently have the EHD enabled on either receiver; what do I have to do to transfer all the recordings off my two receivers when I transfer?
Is there still a charge to enable the EHD? Is there a way this can be waived for a one-time transfer?
Also, does the EHD have to have it's own power supply?

No charge for an ehd anymore except for the 211. Yes, it should have it's own power supply. The Hopper can see 2 ehds at a time. An ehd is keyed to the account number so you could transfer yor recorded programs from both 722's to the same ehd and then hook it up to the Hopper.
