I was a dish net customer from late 2004 until late 2007. when I cancelled my service I was told by a rep that there was no need to return any of the recievers. No return boxes were sent, no communication at all. Last fri. I contacted a local dish net dealer. I'm not satisfied with cable at all, Anyway, when he entered my info into the system it told him that I had unreturned equip. After several conversations with dish they are telling me that I will have to purchase my equip if I want to return. I am still working with dish to resolve. Any advice or help would be appreciated. It's my first post so go easy on the Greenhorn! Thanks
