i really like the chewing gum "quench". it says it has 4g of carbs per piece. my question is, would you get the 4g of carbs by only chewing it, or would you have to swallow it to get the carbs. 4g of carbs is alot if you chew a ton of it a day. just wondering if anyone knows. here is a link to the nutrition facts.
