Do C band satellites, that are being used for non-commercial, or hobby, purposes, have to be registered with the FCC?

There was a program a couple years ago where the FCC registered home C-Band dishes and then they were enrolled in a plan to protect their reception from the upcoming reassignment of some C-Band frequencies to 5G wireless use. But that was a voluntary program and not many hobbyists went for it. But as a rule, there is no registration required.Do C band satellites, that are being used for non-commercial, or hobby, purposes, have to be registered with the FCC?

I meant "home satellite dish".Every satellite must be registered and licensed. Or do you mean "home satellite dish".
