I am using a 10ft dish with CaptiveWorks 800 receiver and a BSC621-2 C and K Band LNB I use my set up as stationary, due to a motor problem. I find most of the sats without a problem. When I try to hit 97W I have a few problems. On C band I can only get a few of the trandsponders and a few programs. When I try K Band I get no signal in that area. In the past I received K Band, in that area. It seems like the K Band freezes up. When I move off that sat my K Band starts to work again.
I have also tried hooking my coax directly to the K Band side of the LNB and it does not help. Any idea what may be wrong?
Is it possible I may have the wrong type of LNB for that sat?
Looks like I am missing some good programing from 97W.

97W only has maybe 5 channels on C-Band
KCSG
BYU (couple versions of it)

Is the KU side set up properly? (UNiversal 9750/10600)

I was going by the Lyngsat info, but when looking at the "LIST" it seemed a little different. I know most of the programing is on K Band. I will try different settings and see what happens.
Some of my problem is that my receiver has , I believe Tel 5, for 97 west. I added the right transponders, but may need to take out the old info. That may be what is confusing my LNB.
Thanks
