I figured Chris Gardocki, the best Cleveland Browns player in the last 20 years.... by far.

Though the comments in that article are quite something else. Still curious why it took 10 months to determine whether they believe the player was there or not. Makes one think the judicial system be a tad bit overwhelmed.
