Puerto Rico channel 26 status

I've been scanning for this channel (26.1, 26.2, 26.3) and can't get it. Does anybody knows when it is coming back (if ever)? It went off the air last september, and, last I heard, they were working with some antenna troubles, or something similar.

Any info would be appreciated.
