I got an email (which is awesome, btw) that I have a few promos that will end on Sept 12. I called Dish today, and they told me to call back on Sept 13th to see what they can do. I told the rep that I have NEVER had to do this in the past with ANY company, that usually they take care of it in some sort of way.
This rep was adamant that nothing could be done until after I lose the promo and "hope for the best and that something is available."
Thoughts?
