In this instance, what is "Minimum Programming," and why does Dish require you to pay them money to receive a shopping channel that pays Dish money?

WOW there must have been millions of people demanding this channel. As I have read though this forum the majority of y'all say that demand and a large target audience, like sports programing, is the only reason dish adds new channels.

If you have a legitamate subscription to ANYTHING on Dish, you will get the channel. The only possible excetion would be DishFamily.
