Programming IR Remote 103602

Wow, am I glad I found your site!!! Thank you, Google!

OK....here is my problem....I have a Dish 500 system (yeah, it's old, but it works) with a 301 receiver and have the IR Remote 103602. I researched the forum and found how to program my TV and that worked great. Now, I just need to know how to program the remote for the receiver. Can anyone help me out here? I would certainly appreciate it if you could.

Try this link. You'll see it's the manual, broken down in parts, to the 301. Inside chapter 3 & elsewhere is info on programming the remote. I went looking for it to program my old 301 remote 103602 to use with DTVPal & a JVC TV.
