Program Upgrade

How many times do you need to upgrade your programming? I have called 5 times and keep being told it will take effect in 10 to 15 minutes. Nothing! My premium movie channels are still in the red and I can't access them. The last tech told me to reset my reciever and it should let me access the channels. Any thought if this might work?
 
Make sure a previous csr didn't enter your smartcard number wrong. My 722 took 4 calls and 3 1/2 hours to get activated, because the first rep entered the smartcard one digit wrong. The last rep from tech support in the US finally noticed it when he went back through all the calls. Their system had my receiver number with 2 different smartcard numbers and nothing would take. You could also try adding them from your account on dishnetwork.com
