Program guide problem

They came and fixed it... they said when the tech came out to put in the 2nd dish and add the switch, he should have removed something... I don't know what... but it was there and it shouldn't have been... the guy removed it and everything is working perfectly!

Yeah... I don't know - I wasn't home at the time - my wife was - as she is NOT technical! All I know is the extended guide is working and it now passes the switch test!
