Program guide on 722 inconsistent in downloading

About once every ten days, the program guide on my 722 will only be populated out for the next 48 hours. When I get to the end of the guide, I am offered the opportunity to download the full program information for the balance of the period, which I do.

My other DISH 722 receiver, a 'k' model, has not had this issue. Is this a programming bug in the 722, and/or, is there some kind of workaround I can try?

My 722 never has that problem. Maybe once every ten days your 722 isn't available to get its 3AM reboot.....

I am experimenting on something regarding this. There is nothing in writing supporting my theory, which is basically a "connectivity" issue. I will expand on that once the experiment is over.

In the meantime, could you PM me a phone number?

Also, if you are Eastern Arc, check signal on 72.7 transponder 21. If you are Western Arc, check 119 transponder 18. Those are where the EPG extended guide downloads spool from, and if there are no signals there, or low signals, that could contribute to your problem.
