Program Guide INfo

I wonder if somebody can help. I have the big dish, analog; digital; MPEG, HD.

I can load and view the program guide but not the information section. I have tried every thing I know of: shutting off satellite; going to g-1; unplugging and restarting; tuning in g-1; asking for additional hits, etc.

Anybody have any ideas?

Moved to C-Band so the 4dtv folks can help you...

Try going to G1-3, then go to Options 6-0-5. Scroll over to Diagnostics F and press the Info button. This will clear the guide data. Leave it there for a few minutes (10-15) and the guide and info should be loaded.

Does any one know of any other SC hidden menus?

I am aware of these:
Options, 6, 0.
Options, 6, 7-7-8.
and
Options, 6, 9-9-8, which is a serious memory dump, resulted in getting a new recivier.
