Prof now Advance Tune ???

Thanks crackt I wasn't aware the DVBworld was working as well as it is, earlier threads with people having various problems put me off, I think I'll give it a try while waiting to see if these guys ever get their act together.
It's a pity because the 7301 has one of the best tuners I have come across, it can see and lock signals that my old twinhan card couldn't even see.
From what I can gather Advance Tune doesn't have any product for sale, I like the promises but until customers start see product that's all they are , the 7700/8800 uses a new version of the STV0903 chip which if you believe the website offers better blind scan capabilities.

well saide, the dvbworld is only good at blindscanning. i havent had much luck with to view sat tv. i only really use it to find transponders. then enter that info into my azbox or use my one of my profs to tune it with sichbopvr. dont take my views as a recommendation or a deterrant.

Unpack all files to the same folder, run Crazyscan.exe
A console Blindscan program - BLScan.exe can be run from the same folder, all settings for BLScan are in Blscan.ini file.

What do you mean exactly?

the dvbworld software fails to render audio/video 90% of the time. I wish the 3 pass blindscan incremented the starting frequency by 20 hz each pass. i bet itd returned results that were a little more accurate. ah well i gotta get my 7301 into a pc so i can test crazyscan.
