Problems with tonight 10/13 NY metro RSN's

Anyone having problems with MSG/FSNY/Yes in the NY metro area tonight?

The Rangers/Devils game and the Islanders/Capitals game are both blocked out for me and I am most assuredly in the NY market. After an 18 minute conversation with DTV in which they first said the game was supposed to be blocked out, then said that Center Ice bought the game, then said the NHL blocked it out, then finally admitted they were having some "technical problems" on their end, I got nothing but a note on my file. Not even a complimentary pay-per-view so that I could watch the damn game.

Is it just me? Anybody else? Anybody? Buhler? Anybody?

Do any of your local affiliates have it? If so they get the right of way right?

They are the local affiliates!!! And I subscribe to the RSN sports pack. These games should not be blacked out in this market.

NYC locals weren't scheduled to carry the games.

I had same problem, called dtv and all they could say was it was a black out issue. But it shouldn't have been blacked out.

We been having the same problem here in the D.C. area. Directv has screwed up the Capitals on Comcast Sports Net. Either programming not available in your area or call x721. It has happened on just about all of the games this season.

I live in New Jersey and the same thing happened to me last night. Even with Center Ice could not get those two games. Was on the phone with D twice. The first time they told me it was a black out and not there fault. Then I read the Washington Post article online about the Oct.7 Washington opener black out fiasco and called D back. They were sticking to there guns on the black out issue until I quoted there Vice President from the article with his apologies. They then put me on hold for about 5 minutes before returning to the line to apologize that they were having a problem and would have it corrected by tomorrow. I love the D but this is getting on my nerves because it is not an equipment issue, it is simply a programming issue which is being left to some non sport loving geek who does not understand black out rules nor zip code home market sport FCC/Pro Sports Black Out Rules. Even more frustrating is that there is never anyone that can fix an obvious mistake on there end when it is occurring. It always must wait til the next day or beyond. Besides customer service, is anyone working past 5 PM for the D. Losing my patients.

I had the Isles blacked out on FSNY(624) and the Devils feed of the Rangers game(625) blacked out. (On Centre Ice, also for the Isles.)

Luckly, I got the MSG feed for the Rangers.

I live in Stratford CT. (Fairfield County) I used to have Cablevison and had NO PROBLEMS with Isles/Rangers/Devil games, so I know I am in the correct area.

I didnt bother to call, and just hoped it was an error. Seems like it was.

I was talking about the local ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, WB, UPN, or other independent TV station, not the RSN's specifically.

Can anyone CONFIRM it was just a mistake? I'm in the NYC DMA and shouldn't get any blackouts.

Any chance Direct TV has my stuff screwed up? I should get Bruins games on NESN blacked out, but I get the games.

tonight same problem, trying to watch islanders at flyers not available, same thing with thrasher at rangers. the flyers game was on here last night, And I should be getting the ny teams anyone else with the problem?
