Problems with SD channels - 722K

Hello, I have problems with the video/image quality.

First, the SD channels are with the black bars on the sides, all of them, and I cannot change it. I switch the format and it goes through all of them (Stretch, Zoom, etc, ) but it stays the same.

Second, the SD channels look worse than ever, I cannot really watch them. Some are pixelated, some look like it is bad quality streaming. Watching soccer games I couldn't even see the ball.

The HD channels are OK.

What resolution are you using in the setup for HD? For some TVs, 720p looks better than 1080i especially for SD channels. HD usually looks about the same for 720p and 1080i. I hope that helps.

You may want to check your TV settings in case it is not the Dish receiver.

Have you tried to reboot (pull plug for 10 seconds) your receiver?
