Problems with HD installation upgrade

I was wondering how many people are having problems getting their HD equipment installed. It will be a month (if it happens next week) that I have been trying to get my stuff installed. The problem is with Michigan MicroTech the sub contracter.
Has anyone else had the same problems?

The problem is likely one of two things or both:

1. Tons of upgrades and new installs happening right now for DirecTV

2. Local install contractor company is shorthanded.
