problems using Myacct on Dish site DIRT please help

I have had several problems using Myacct on the Dish web site

Was not able to log in even though I could access Dish Anywhere and my Blockbuster queue. This problem was resolved.

Now I can only order PPV in SD. The option is greyed out with only SD showing and only titles in SD are listed. I have HD for life so this makes no sense. Wanted to use PPV cert I was given and have tried several chat sessions to fix the problem without resolving the issue.

Also had problem updating my credit card info and it is not clear based on what displays that it is correct.

Will someone on the DIRT team be my hero.

No this has not been fixed. No response from any DIRT member. I will be busy for the next two days. If I still have no response by then, I'll try the 800 number.

DIRT isn't always able to monitor every thread. Better to IM them yourself with details. Go to the main forum page, if any are online, they're red at the bottom.
