Problems in dual tuner setup??

I just upgrade to an 722 DVR HD dual tuner. I use a DP44. The thing is I not able to see the two television at the same time. If I'm see the TV1 the TV2 loose signal and it keep looking for signal. If a reset the receiver then I can see the TV2 but the TV1 go to look for signal.

Are you using the seperator that came with the 722?

Since there is no such switch as a DP44, is it a DP34 or a DPP44?

Sounds like the separator may not be functioning properly. You should start by checking it. If not that then might be the coax or ends.

try flipping the separator - if the problem follows to the other tuner your problem lies elsewhere. If the problem stays the same you have a bad tuner

My problem it that I can't see two TV at the same time. If TV1 is ok TV2 is looking for signal. If TV2 is ok TV1 is looking for signal

Did you switch the lines coming out of the separator so they feed the opposite tuner?

Yes, nothing happen

It's possible your separator is bad. You need to try another one or run a second coax to the receiver.
