I called in tonight to deactivate one receiver and replace it with a newer receiver i got at best buy. When I called the lady said she couldnt help me because my account was past due. I dont understand. My activity since last month was $90 and I just paid $200.77 on thursday to get my service back on. She said she couldnt activate it because i now owe $389 to directv. I need to activate this receiver within 2 weeks. Is there any way I can get this straightened up so I can activate my receiver? Oh and she cant past credit me for the ncaa package i didnt watch. I thought about biting the bullet and paying the $150 to cancel service. When i told her this she said that I still had to pay the bill no matter what.
