Problem with Locals on HR21-700

Hi all, have a question on my HR21-700 that I'm hoping someone can help with. Every once in a while I get a no signal on tuner 1 or 2, but only for my local stations. Non-locals show fine. If I have double play enabled, if I move both tuners to locals, then the problem goes away and I get a picture on both tuners.

Rebooting seems to fix the problem for a little while, but then it eventually comes back. I've tried unplugging and swapping the lines, but that doesn't seem to change the situation.

Any thoughts? I hate intermittent problems...

sounds like maybe your KAKU5 needs to be switched out to KAKU3.

if you already have a LNB3 on the SL dish, then you might have a bad LNB.
