I had dishnetwork installed last friday and the technician and myself did not want the dish put on the roof(new). He said we would have to have our property scanned for utility lines before he digs for a post to mount the dish on. Our dish is on the ground, sitting on a pallet. Last time I called Dish, I asked for the escalations dept and the CSR supervisor said there is no such people. I'm getting the run around and am tired of it. TNX
