problem with Grand Rapids HD local WOTV

I have a weird problem with the HD feed of WOTV channel 41 from Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo Michigan. While the SD version is fine, the HD feed is a still picture of a weather forcast but you can hear the audio playing in real time.
I have never seen this before, usually if I lose signal I lose picture & sound so I wouldn't think that this is a problem on my end. All other channels are fine. any one else have this problem?

Yes it is still the same. I checked my signal for 99w transponder 20 & I have 100% signal. All other channels are A-OK.....

OK, I passed it up. May be a few days with the holiday, but you can always watch 13 instead (lucky rare market with 2 ABCs).
