problem watching satellite channels with Joey

I have three Joeys that when trying to watch any live satellite channel including locals all I get is a black screen. The info banner will either list the program that should be on or it will say no information.
I can go to and switch between any OTA channel and view with no problem.
To watch anything by satellite if I go to the guide and start a recording on the channel I can then view the recording.

The activity screen also shows no details on the tuners.

Have you tried unplugging any of the receivers?

I occasionally had this problem when I had a 1 HWS 1 Joey setup. A red button reset on the hopper always fixed it for me.

I agree that rebooting the Hopper is a good idea. What sw is on your hopper and joeys?

New problem the Joeys used to work just as they should.

Rebooting doesn't help. Hoppers are S425 Joeys are S363.

Don't need to, it already is disabled.
