problem tuning western arc 110 on dish

Hi,
I have a King tailgater and a VIP211Z Dish receiver which works fine, I want to use a fixed dish at my hunting camp so I got a Dish 1000.2 western arc DP Plus LNBF and a DP Dish and I can't get 110 to show up on the tuning screen, I says connection good no signal. I set it up the same as the tailgater. I have strong signal on the 119 and 129 satellites.

Rotate your dish 10 degrees to the east. You're aligned on sat 129, instead of sat 119. You'll have to adjust your elevation some also.
