problem receiving some TP on Nilesat/Eutelsat 7W

hello
I have a problem receiving the TP's from 10719 till 11059 on Nilesat/Eutelsat 7W, the signal quality is showing 0% on all of them while the signal strength is more than 90%
the remaining TP's are working fine and showing signal quality of 80% in average.
what can be the source of this problem is it the LNB or the alignment of the dish ?
the dish is installed on the roof of the building with difficult access. I made the test with several receivers and the result is exactly the same.

to the forum Simon. Unfortunately all anyone could do at this point is guess. But it sounds like access to the dish will be needed to diagnose and or repair this correctly Nobody on this side of the world can see that satellite so changes in transmissions wouldn't be noticed here. Hopefully someone from North Africa (if any) can respond to any known changes affecting your reception.

Try satellites.co.uk they operate from England they can help you out there.

Did you try re-scanning (blind scan, in case some parameters changed) Also, if you check the lists of channels for those that you are able to receive, does it more-or-less match what is published at Lyngsat.com or kingofsat.net? I was wondering if maybe you are seeing Eutelsat 8WB instead of Intelsat 7WA
