Problem hooking up Tivo

I have a 3750 reciever and want to hook a Tivo up to it. I've already paid a lifetime subscription on the Tivo so I don't want a dish DVR. Anyways, do I have to pay a fee to dish network to make this happen?

My tivo is giving an input error.

Sounds like the tivo is not sensing video from the dish box, my first guess would be to check if its set to composite or s-video verify its on the right one.

How is the TiVo box connected?

Is the TiVo set to look at this input (or channel)?

Have you verified that this output setup works without the TiVo?

Did you go through setup on the TiVo and choose Dish as your provider. Then check cables to be sure you are hooked up correctly. Then report back.
