If I'm buying spots in prime time when it comes to negotiating rates based on viewership I'm going to tell the network that I'm not going to pay for Dish's 14 million subs because they are all auto hopping. The fact is that other people maybe time shifting and maybe skipping commercials, but no one knows how many are.
