premiums in HD problems

I live in Arkansas and most of our HD channels work great. However, HBO,showtime and Starz all pixelate and have screen freezes. The channels are really unwatchable. It's wierd that it only happens on those three channels. No problems with the other HD channels. Anybody have any idea why this would occur?

Somewhere in your supply line, the cable is obsolete and unable to carry the signal.
That's what the COX tech who was here Friday told me.
