Alright, finally called. I told the automated system I was calling to cancel. I was routed to the “Loyalty” team. It was a very busy and noisy call center in the background. Before I could say anything, they immediately asked if I was calling about renewing my promotional pricing.
I ended up with a $25/mo discount over 2 years + one time $40 credit on my next bill. It appears to be a $5 decrease in the promotion compared to my previous agreement, plus a $5 increase in the plan prices so it still $10 more a month than I was paying with my previous 2 year preferred customer offer.
