pre-wire question

I am pre-wiring a new construction home. In looking at the VIP 722 dual receiver, they talk about the agile modulated coaxial output but it is not clear if this output is for tv 1 or tv 2. The back image positions this output by itself and not connected to tv1 or tv2. Also, do i need RG6 quad shield cable or just RG6 thoughout the house including to the antenna.

TV2. RG6 is fine. Run Cat5e or 6 for internet connection as well.

You can get both TV1 and TV2 to go out over the coax, depending on how you set it up. Quad shield is overkill and your installer might not have the correct connectors for it. Plain old RG-6 is more than adequate.
