Powervu Question

I finally got Intelsat 805 working... I noticed record international and GloboTv are also on that dish but our PowerVu ecrypted. My question is , if I buy a powerVu receiver would that be enough to clear those channels. Or is it still subscription or something.

I think for those feeds like most other DCII and Power Vu channels are to feed cable headends and so unless you are a cable provider or satellite provider you will not be able to subscribe to those feeds.
