PowerVu D9850 FE LNB PS Fault

Hello All,

My PowerVu D9850 is reporting a FE LNB PS Fault. I noticed the alarm following a lightning storm that occurred earlier one Sunday morning. When I came to office later that evening, I saw the alarm light flashing, and when I logged in to the system, I saw the alarm message "FE LNB PS Fault". I need to know, is it referring to a problem on the Receiver itself? or is it the LNB?

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

I am not expert.

My guess is Power Supply Fault that is feeding power to the LNB unit.

LNB PS - LNB Power Supply Problem Connection Fault / HW Issue Check LNB Power Setting, Check connection to dish, if problem persists notify customer service
